On site when it matters
When the project warrants it—defined budget, clear highest and best use, risk that justifies the trip—we go to site. Patagonia calls for more than photos: access, services, local zoning and market dynamics vary sharply between municipalities. We would rather say "not yet" than recommend from a distance land we have yet to read properly.
